1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://thesnippetflow.com or purchasing digital assets, Shopify sections, or Liquid snippets from The Snippet Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Digital Goods & License Scope
- Single License: Grants permission to install and use the snippet/section on one (1) live Shopify store and associated staging/development environments.
- Agency License: Grants permission to install and deploy the snippet across unlimited client Shopify stores.
- Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, open-source, or bundle our code files as standalone products.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are clearly stated in your selected currency. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase, after which immediate access to the download file is granted.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom Liquid, CSS, JavaScript, illustrations, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Snippet Flow.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our code snippets are thoroughly tested on standard Shopify OS 2.0 reference themes (including Dawn 15+). The Snippet Flow is not liable for conflicts arising from third-party app scripts or unauthorized modifications made to the source files.
