Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital code snippets, Liquid files, and theme templates, all sales are considered final once download access has been provided.

2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our code. We will gladly issue a full refund or direct developer fix within 7 days of purchase under any of the following conditions:

• Defective Code: The code snippet contains an inherent syntax or logic error that cannot be resolved by our engineering team within 48 hours of reporting.
• Duplicate Transaction: You were billed multiple times for the exact same item due to a payment gateway glitch.
• Significant Mismatch: The purchased feature is fundamentally different from the live preview demo on our website.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email our support desk at admin@thesnippetflow.com with:

1. Your Shopify Order Number (e.g., #1001)
2. Your store URL and the theme you are using
3. A description or screenshot of the issue

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
